Job Description
- Req#: 16351
- Serves as technical resource in the analysis and evaluation of the operational and financial functions for the practice.
- Works to manage processes for time – keeping systems for accuracy in clinical pay as well as SME support within HR including change management.
- Reviews key operational business indicators and expenses to identify opportunities for improvement in achieving operational goals.
- Identifies, analyzes, and resolves operational problems and implements systems and solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- Prepares platform metrics and provides reports to management through use of statistical methods to develop business solutions on behalf of the platform.
- Enhances workflow and cross-departmental engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years related experience. At least 1 year of healthcare related experience or experience in medical practice preferred.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel, Microsoft Power BI, & PowerPoint.
- SQL knowledge preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional level of verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with senior executives and clinical leadership.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines.

Overview

The Operations Analyst provides key operations and analytical support to the USAP platform operations team. Serves as an operations liaison between all functional areas of the management services organization.
