      Our European Business Support Center (EBSC) is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:

Our scope of service includes policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, sales support activities and other.       We will count on you to:

      • Use your foreign language capabilities on a daily basis to handle documentation received from the insurance brokers

      • Use your attention-to-detail skills for data entry in our internal systems

      • Open to share your ideas to identify opportunities for improvements

      • Communicate with stakeholders

      What you need to have:

      • Excellent command of spoken and written English (B2)

      • Strong analytical skills

      • Excellent attention to detail

      • 1 year of professional experience

      • Previous experience in the insurance sector and/or SSC and/or customer service area

      • Ability to build relationships with colleagues

      • Open-minded with fast learning capabilities
