      Responsibilities

      • Manage Operations Tasking.
      • Coordinate Weekly Task Orders.
      • Coordinate Army Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2) Taskings.
      • Coordinate Operations Calendar.
      • Track organization-wide events.
      • Manage, set-up, and schedule meetings.
      • Input and manage data in Army systems to ensure personnel meet Army readiness, training, and operational requirements
      • Manage mandatory training status of organization including coordination and tracking.
      • Other Administrative duties, as assigned.

      Education/Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
      • 1-3 years’ experience with administration and coordination in a DoD environment.
      • Preferred experience working directly with Military customers.
      • Must be a U.S. citizen and willing to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance if necessary in the future.
      • Must be located within a commutable distance to report to our customer site at Bakery Square in Pittsburgh, PA (in a hybrid capacity).
