      Job Description

      The business area European Wind and Solar (E) is responsible for development and ownership of wind and solar assets in Europe. The business area is also responsible for the project execution of large projects in Statkraft, the group procurement function and development of new business opportunities.

      Your internship responsibilities:

      As an intern in our Operations & Asset Management function, your main responsibilities will be:

      • Review the Technical Performance of the Wind, Solar & Grid Services Assets
      • Assist with the Calculation of Energy Losses
      • Assist with the preparation of Performance Improvement Plans
      • Assist with the Root Cause Analysis of faults
      • Assist with the Scheduled Maintenance Programmes for Wind Turbines, HV Substations, Solar Farms, Rotating Stabilisers and Battery Storage Projects
      • Form part of the review team to review reduction of down time of Assets
      • Assist with the preparation of Added Value Energy Considerations for all Assets

      Qualifications

      • Student from ME Energy Engineering or a similar course disciple
      • Strong IT skills are essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Interpersonal and relationship building skills are a key requirement of this role
      • Strong attention to detail
