      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support B2B projects and operations, including team trainings and project execution
      - Manage all logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor payments, and communications
      - Optimize registration and attendance processes for events
      - Coordinate conference logistics and manage external vendor relationships
      - Analyze post-event feedback to improve future events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, and/or Business preferred
      - 1+ years of experience in event planning preferred
      - Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
      - Strong writing and communication skills
      - Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Pardot and Salesforce
      - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      - Experience in managing promotional items and marketing portals
      - Ability to develop event themes and branding
