For our office in Valsamoggia (BO) we are looking for an Operations Assistant

Your main responsability:

• Organizing order in and out, prepare report, arrange DDT

• Continuous support to our customer and warehouse

• Manage critical process and find potentially anomaly

• Reporting about collaboration with external and supplier, and KPI’s analysis

Your background:

• Degree

• Good English knowledge

• Similar work experience for 1-3 years

• Good Microsoft Office knowledge (Power Point, Excel, Word)

• Flexibility, proactivity, dynamic spirit

• Good team working cooperation

• Organization skill

• Problem solving
