  Essential Functions

  Duties and Responsibilities Description % of Time Spent • Able to perform manual tasks including but not limited to palletizing/de-palletizing, applying labels, caps, seals and stickers by hand, dropping scoops and packing finished product into boxes (production). • Able to operate Straddle Stacker and pallet jack. • Provide detailed cleaning on equipment and parts to support changeovers. • Must be able to perform daily housekeeping tasks to keep work area 6S’d (clean, organized). • Responsible for following GMP and Food Safety/Food Defense procedures. • Able to effectively follow written and oral instructions. • Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes, safety glasses, lab coat, bump cap, hearing protection, hair net, beard net, and nitrile gloves and cut-resistant gloves when applicable. • Support and abide by the company’s safety program and all safety initiatives, policies and procedures. • Report all injuries to the Supervisor immediately. • Ensure that work procedures are being followed in a consistent manner (Safety, Quality, GMP, MAV and HACCP). • Perform other duties as assigned.
