      • Professionalism and experience working effectively with staff, clients and senior management, with a proactive, responsive and collaborative work style
      • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and perform well in a growing and entrepreneurial firm
      • Proficient in learning new programs - experience in ERP or other systems a plus
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; friendly and professional demeanor
      • Bachelor’s degree

      For this role, fluency in English is required and fluency in Spanish is an advantage given our growing team in Latin America.

      WHAT YOU WILL DO

      The Operations Associate is a critical member of the Dalberg Americas Operations team providing support to the Americas People team assisting with organizational systems, processes, and tasks related to Human Resources, Project Staffing, Recruitment, and Onboarding, as well as supporting staff across our growing Americas offices – Bogota, New York, Mexico City, San Francisco, Seattle, and Washington DC.

      Responsibilities:

      • Operations Systems and IT Support
        • Assist the Senior Operations Associate with system compliance and close out items for finance and HR, including but not limited to the following: approval of consulting staff timesheets, managing PTO requests and other leave requests in the system, troubleshooting ERP issues with staff, communicating leaves and other system updates to our Global Shared Services (GSS) Team, creating timesheet compliance reporting for our Finance Manager and People Manager, and managing semi-annual PTO accruals and end of year carry forward PTO accruals to our GSS team
        • Create and distribute an operations quarterly checklist each quarter to maintain system hygiene
      • Staffing & Performance Reviews
        • Support the Senior Operations Associate with staffing business development initiatives on an ad hoc basis
        • Support the People Operations Manager with the Semi-Annual Review (SAR) process by providing system support, including following up with advisors to make sure all reviews are entered on time, troubleshooting system issues as they relate to publishing reviews, and other SAR support, as needed
      • Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
        • Supporting HR Manager with systems onboarding (Zenefits, Deltek, BenefitEd, E-Verify, etc.)
        • Lead employee onboarding, including communications, scheduling, and relevant trainings (i.e., global and regional onboarding modules and other trainings), buddy pairings, etc.
        • Maintaining accurate and up to date employee files across all internal systems
      • Compliance & Communications
        • Draft and file key employee documents (term sheets, verification of employment, visa letters, etc.)
        • Compile and distribute the Americas Regional Newsletter monthly to enhance our regional communications

      Salary: The base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $65,000. Our salary structure is designed to be in line with that of non-profit and social impact organizations, reflecting our dedication to social impact work. This is distinct from management consultancies, which predominantly cater to commercial clients.
