      This opening is for position in the Indirect Reconciliation Operations team supporting Global Leasing’s Global Vendor Finance group, which provides customer financing programs for capital equipment manufacturers, software developers, distributors, and service providers. The Indirect Reconciliation team is responsible for managing the financial activities of all indirect programs (those where contracts are serviced by a vendor partner), working closely with both vendor partners and internal program team members to ensure that transactions are timely received, reviewed, processed and reconciled. Job responsibilities for assigned vendor programs include, but are not limited to, the following:

      • Work closely with vendor- and internal partners to ensure timely and efficient activity processing as well as quick identification, communication and resolution of issues.

      • Manage operational activity pertaining to assigned vendor programs, including submission of requests for payment application, contract maintenance, buyout quotes and dispositions.

      • Reconcile the Bank’s receivable balances to the vendor’s, identifying, researching and resolving reconciliation differences in a timely manner.

      • Assist the Indirect Portfolio Management team on vendor audits as needed (some travel may be required).

      • Additional projects as assigned.

      Required skills:

      • Strong Accounting background / knowledge

      • Results-oriented, with a strong attention to detail

      • Excellent oral-, written- and interpersonal communication skills

      • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage many tasks in an orderly fashion

      • Able to work both independently and as a team member

      • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel

      • Comfortable managing full cycle process

      Desired Skills:

      • Experience in the leasing industry and with database query tools preferred.

      • Bachelor’s degree preferred

      Pay and benefits information

      Pay range

      $58,900.00 - $96,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

      Discretionary incentive eligible

      This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
