- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years previous experience in office management, operations support, and/or project management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong client service skills.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain highly professional and respectful relationships with co-workers, vendor representatives, supervisors, internal customers, and client representatives.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- As a condition of employment, must be able to successfully pass the company’s pre-employment process including a criminal background check, driving record, drug test, and a post-offer basic physical.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
- Previous North Slope operations and/or scheduling experience
- Previous Food Safety or Facilities Management experience
- Provides day-to-day operations support to the Facilities Division. This includes, but is not limited to organizing and coordinating activities, purchasing, expediting, scheduling, travel, and general logistics support for operations.
- Oversees the Food Safety Management Program for the Facilities Division.
- Provides support to the Supply Chain Manager regarding the Facilities Division. This includes, but is not limited to purchase orders, backhauls, L&Ds, inventories, and special order tracking.
- Completes a variety of general administrative, clerical, and/or project related tasks in a timely, accurate and organized manner.
- Utilizes multiple computer-based programs and maintains databases to track and compile required data in support of compliance requirements for different headquarters units.
- Displays excellent customer service skills at all times (able to be courteous to all customers, both internally & externally).
- Maintains data records and files.
- Coordinates events and training activities as requested.
- Represents the company in a positive, courteous and professional manner.
- Expected to meet regular attendance goals of the company, relate well with other employees and managers, and perform according to company expectations.

The Operations Coordinator provides administrative support and coordination services in support of the Facilities Division daily operations.
