      Saratoga Medical is hiring a Operations Coordinator in Bethesda, MD. Package includes competitive rate, paid time off and benefit options.



      Saratoga Medical has an exciting opportunity for a Operations Coordinator at Bethesda, MD. This is a great full-time opportunity, 40 hours work week schedule, Monday to Friday, excluding Federal holidays.       Minimum Qualifications:

      • Bachelors in General Business
      • Route documents for signature and perform data entry in electronic systems.
      • Maintain tracking systems and manage files; triage assignments as needed.
      • Provide support for procurement and administrative tasks, including preparing and reviewing forms for accuracy.
      • Compile data reports, track project status, and offer recommendations to management to improve efficiency.
      • Communicate with employees regarding requirements and procedures, both orally and in writing.
      • Provide administrative, procedural, and informational support to coordinate program workflow.
      • Assist with proofreading, recommending, and interpreting internal administrative policies and procedures.
