      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own Jira Service Desk for Employee & Workplace Experience inquiries, managing and responding to requests while maintaining documentation on procedures
      - Assist in various ongoing operations tasks, including event coordination and logistical support
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for employees needing updates or changes to offsite hotel reservations
      - Coordinate with hotels on room block logistics, handling reservation adjustments and last-minute changes
      - Provide high-touch support to employees navigating the Offsite program’s RSVP and hotel processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in operational support, such as event logistics, hotel room block management, or travel coordination
      - Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complex tasks efficiently
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and customer service
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of organization
      - Proficiency in Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and other relevant project management tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in hospitality, travel coordination, venue management, or general operations
      - Experience supporting large-scale bookings, corporate lodging programs, or operational logistics
      - Ability to develop process documentation and scalable workflows for improving operational coordination processes
