      Job Title: Operations Coordinator

      Reports To: Director of Operations
      Location: Hauppauge, NY

      Overview:
      The Operations Coordinator is a cross-functional support role that assists the Director of Operations, Operations Manager, and Warehouse Manager with day-to-day tasks and project execution. This role plays a vital part in maintaining data accuracy, supporting inventory control processes, and ensuring operational workflows are documented and executed efficiently.

      Salary: 50,000 - 60,000

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Provide general administrative and operational support to the Director of Operations and Operations Manager.
      • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to align on inventory-related updates and reconciliations without serving in a direct warehouse role.
      • Perform data entry and system updates in NetSuite, including the creation and release of Sales Orders, Work Orders, and inventory transactions.
      • Monitor and track inventory levels, support operational reporting needs, and assist with internal coordination between departments.
      • Help organize and maintain accurate records of project timelines, deliverables, and inventory flow.
      • Support efforts to streamline operations processes through documentation, follow-ups, and daily coordination.
      • Assist in the coordination and execution of operational tasks related to deployments, product releases, and customer requirements.

      Qualifications:

      • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in a logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment.
      • Proficiency with ERP systems; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
      • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
      • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments while maintaining clear accountability.
