Job Description

Quickly adapt to changes and excel when tasked with a variety of responsibilities
Be the ‘go to person’ for support with processes, administrative tasks and continuous improvement initiatives to help drive project delivery at speed
Manage NPI meetings, reviews, communications and events
Be comfortable working independently and on ad hoc tasks
Coordinate and book complex travel itineraries
Manage purchasing requests
Build a network and directory of key contacts across Business functions to effectively resolve day-to-day barriers to execution
Quick learner, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high paced environment with changeable priorities
Adaptable and resilient. Able to deliver in the face of challenging situations
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills; ability to build productive working relationships and influence
