      Key Responsibilities:

      • Coordinate Infrastructure inventory management activities to maximize equipment usage. Provide for timely and accurate pickup and delivery of inventory to fulfill project expectations. Process inventory reporting, balance inventory levels, and move and/or receive equipment from other branches to meet project needs. Work with Operations Team to control inventory levels to reduce costs, while fulfilling project expectations.
      • Prioritize work and alter the work schedule to deal with shifting priorities during the workday or week.
      • Support branch related project activities, source, move and/or receive equipment from branch locations to meet project timelines.
      • Review engineering generated material lists for accuracy and/or missing items.
      • Coordinate and arrange international and domestic outbound/inbound shipments.
      • Provide for count accuracy of outbound/inbound shipments. Research discrepancies in counts as required.
      • Assist in the physical inventory process by accurately recording raw materials, work in process, and finished goods.
      • Serve as backup to reception to answer incoming telephone calls in a timely and courteous manner. Provide information to callers or take messages, as required. Assist walk-ins with inquiries and needs.
      • Other duties as required.

      Qualifications:

      • Requires excellent oral and written skills to effectively communicate with employees, vendors, and personnel at other branch offices.
      • Requires ability to process complex time sensitive data and information from multiple sources, make decisions based on this data, and to effectively communicate the related required actions to vendors and other personnel.
      • Requires knowledge of and the ability to use a variety of standard office equipment.
      • Requires education generally equivalent to a High School diploma. It is desirable for the incumbent to have attained additional business-related education, such as an Associate’s Degree in Business.
      • Requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. It is desirable for the incumbent to have previous experience in the construction industry. Experience in sales is also a plus.
      • Working knowledge of Infrastructure Services Group products/equipment.
      • Requires knowledge of and the ability to do basic math (9th grade level) for inventory control.
      • Requires the ability to present a clean professional image.
      • Able to handle rapidly changing priorities in highly visible and stressful situations.
      • Able to prioritize work and alter the work schedule to deal with shifting priorities during the workday or week.
      • Able to resolve problematic situations efficiently.
      • Rapid learner with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced changing environment.
      • Understanding of quality excellence concepts and processes.
      • Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural and multinational environment.
      • Ability to speak and communicate in English.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. The salary range for this position is $42,000 - $52,000 annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
