Job Description

- Shipping & Receiving
- Leading the unloading, sorting, hanging, and folding of incoming merchandise
- Verify goods received by counting and identifying goods against packing and receipt documentation.
- Ensure product is floor ready with appropriate tags per tagging guidelines.
- Handle all outgoing shipments.
- Creates shipping manifest for all outbound shipments per store and company policy
- ATF Compliance & Paperwork
- Acquisitions and Dispositions of firearms and maintenance of associated records
- Inbound & Outbound recording of all Firearms transfers and movement
- Maintaining Bound Book Integrity and Firearm Inventory in retail system
- Keep updated and reconciled store firearm consignment report with physical OH weekly.
- Execute Serial Number Audits monthly, document and report discrepancies based on inventory records.
- Audit 4473’s for accuracy on a quarterly basis.
- Inventory Management
- Performs inter-store product transfers.
- Pulls and delivers materials from stock to internal customers in a timely fashion.
- Pulls and packs finished goods for shipment to external customers accurately and efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts as per weekly rotation schedule.
- Inputs cycle counts into computer. Generates and reviews count summaries for error, recounting as necessary. Recommends adjustments for approval.
- Processes customer returns for credit, re-labeling, and re-packing if necessary.
- Maintain organization of stockroom inventory
- ATF Traces and correspondence as needed.
- May assist supervisor(s) on special projects and assist in training other employees.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Ability to pivot mindset/approach based on needs of business.

- Knowledge of hunting, sporting equipment, clothing and accessories preferred but not required
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Performance of duties requires heavy lifting. Physical effort may be required to transport in excess of 70 pounds.
- Work is performed in a professional retail environment.
- Must be able to work independently/Autonomously for extended periods of time
- Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, climbing stairs and moving materials from floor to shelves and department to department.
- Occasionally, will be exposed to all weather conditions in handling materials outside, unloading or loading vehicles.
- Willing to Travel to industry trade shows when needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1+ years of experience as Warehouse or Stock or Store Operations Associate or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
PROFILE:
The ideal person for this will possess a strong and proven experience in a retail setting with operational knowledge and understanding. S/He will have a commercial mindset with the confidence to take initiative and have a drive to delivery results. The Gallery operations coordinator will monitor the flow of materials in and out of the store location in compliance with company, state and federal regulations.
