- Innovative Technology:
- Identify data sources, both internal and external, to aid in dashboard and reporting development.
- Process, cleanse, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
- Extend company data with third party sources of information as needed.
- Organize and maintain databases with data joined across multiple sources.
- Reconcile interactions and various data sources to make sure the information displayed is accurate and valid.
- Create and maintain databases utilized to develop reporting and visualizations to support data-driven decision making by division leaders.
- Provide actionable overall marketing, customer, and division data insights to address key strategic questions.
- Track, report, and analyze the performance of Customer Success and Operational Analytics activities, survey feedback programs, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of reports .
- Analyze external and internal customer data and operational data using database queries, Tableau Prep Builder, SQL, spreadsheet (Excel) models, third party analytics tools, and statistical analysis tools.
- Bachelor's Degree Bachelor degree in technology, mathematics, statistics or related field or 5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst required
- Two years of hands-on experience in programming with SQL required, and capable of learning computer programming languages.
- 12 credit hours of computer science and/or math at the calculus level or above preferred.
- Experience in statistical or data analysis with focus on health care, digital /web, call center, voice of the customer preferred.
- Two years of experience presenting data insights through methods such as storytelling, data visualization and presentation development preferred.
- Two years of experience in using Tableau Prep Builder to build data streams for Tableau dashboards preferred.
- One year of experience using statistical software applications, such as R, Python, SPSS or Minitab preferred.
- Two years of experience using data extraction tools and data modeling preferred.
The Operations Data Analyst is a member of the Customer Success and Operational Analytics team that will be responsible for visualizing insights to drive the organization. The Operations Data Analyst will be responsible for providing support and strategy recommendations inclusive of both internal and external customer interaction data, customer experience data, and division operations data to help drive strategy. This entails identifying, extracting, organizing, storing, analyzing, reporting, and modeling data in support of Operations Departmental initiatives, Customer Experience (CX) initiatives, and Division-wide initiatives.
