Supporting the testing of changes to the business systems
Maintaining processes and supporting users involved in their execution
Updating business measures
Troubleshooting problems in the business systems
Educating users in the use of the business system or process
Supporting all ad-hoc queries from users and management
Representing the user base with all site process changes
Communicating changes to business area
Acting as an IT Buddy to support learning and development in others
Previous Experience working within a similar analytical role – preferably manufacturing or service
Educated to Business/ IT Degree level or equivalent
Experience in Share Point management or equivalent packages
Knowledge of MS Access, (past normal user level macro’s ODBC source)
Proven experience in the use of MS Office Products, to support user queries
Previous use of data loaders / keyboard emulators
Experience in creating Power BI dashboards
Experience with Oracle and Internal Processes

The Operations Analyst team:
Working with a small team you will be the key systems interface for the Support / Repairs Function, data solution needs. This will involve representing the site at software upgrades and evaluating new software solutions, while maintaining the Departments bespoke Access databases, producing metrics, ad hoc reporting, troubleshooting queries, data testing post Oracle upgrades & patches, and data loading information into the business system. Supporting business system users with all aspects of IT interaction and providing a repository for business processes.
