- Lead and ensure delivery of a quality pensions administration service to the clients of Capita Pensions.
- Lead and deliver fulfilment of contractual service commitments to clients in UK Private and Public Sector
- Lead on business strategy for Capita Pensions Administration whilst demonstrating a ‘hands on’ approach
- Deliver on business plan commitments and targets (Financial, Operational, Strategic)
- Lead on the implementation of Operational Change and Improvement, ensuring successful integration without impact on ongoing pensions delivery
- Provide leadership, direction and support to the Pensions Administration teams within Capita Pensions Ensure that service delivery is meeting Key Performance measures and operating within relevant FCA guidelines
- Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintaining the delivery of a high quality service that is competitive, with focus on customer excellence
- Strong experience of large-scale people leadership and operational delivery within a multi-client environment
- Highly experienced in using data and management information to drive a business
- Six Sigma skill sets an advantage but must be familiar with DMAIC approach
- Understanding of Business Improvement initiation and ongoing integration
- High level understanding of UK, Ireland and European pensions and legislation would be preferable
- Strong understanding of financial forecasting and business planning (operating budget >£50m)
- Delivery of digital operational transformation
