  Job Description

  Working closely with the Managing Director of Clinical Diagnostics Ireland, the Operations Director will define and implement the profitable growth strategy for the current laboratory sites in Dublin and work closely on an upcoming site procurement project. Furthermore, they will support the expansion of Ireland CDx public outsoursing opportunities, Direct-to-Consumer (‘D2C’) and Next-Generation Sequencing (‘NGS’) ‘startup’s’; support integration of potential acquisitions, and develop a business strategy for engagement and integration with private hospital lab providers.

  Qualifications

  • Proven multi-site operational leadership experience
  • Previous exposure to laboratory or technical working environments
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a hands-on leadership style
  • Ideally industry experience within the clinical diagnostics space
  • Full professional fluency in English, other languages an asset
