      OVERVIEW

      Fulfill essential functions that support Field Operations, Store Solutions, and Operations Efficiencies teams, including to maintain records, databases, systems, and tools that are critical to the day-to-day Operations support teams duties.


      RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

      1. Provide Administrative assistance to Operations Leadership, Operations Efficiencies, and Store Solutions.
      2. Responsible for day-to-day administration of Operations systems, including IJE processes, tasks manager, Kitchen production system and JSD, etc.
      3. Answer and troubleshoot common system issues, and escalate to other teams, as needed.
      4. Enter data to feed databases that maintain accurate employee information, including various region, district, and individual team processes.
      5. Order, track, and return of required equipment, (laptops, printers, phones, vehicles, purchasing cards, security tags etc.).
      6. Schedule and Organize Meetings for Operations Leadership / OE leadership teams, and invited guests.
      7. Log and follow up on Service desk tickets as needed to support Operations Leadership (regional and district), HRC, GM, CMM teams and Operations Efficiencies team.
      8. Resolving and/or follow up with Service Desk Tickets and emails received from store and corporate teams.
      9. Maintain accurate store / district / regional assignment information for all corporate teams, and update teams as changes are made in a timely manner.
      10. Write and submit communications thru various communication routes, (ez planner, head’s up, etc.)


      QUALIFICATIONS

      (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)


      Education
      • Highschool diploma/GED or equivalent required

      Experience
      • Minimum 1-year administrative experience required.
      • Previous Sheetz experience preferred.
