      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer daily financial management of project portfolios and special assignments
      - Perform analysis of budget to actual data for revenue calculations and forecasting
      - Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collection of amounts due from sponsors
      - Analyze cost assignments to ensure adherence to accepted cost accounting standards
      - Interact with leadership through the presentation of data analysis and financial reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the clinical/medical field
      - Operations Finance Analyst I: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience
      - Operations Finance Analyst II: 2+ years of relevant experience
      - Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with SharePoint, VBA, SQL, Power BI, or RPA
      - Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent)
      - Ability to juggle multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results
      - Confidence in handling sensitive information and making sound recommendations
      - Experience in project administration and organizational skills
