  Job Description:

  TTI Floor Care North America is a leading global manufacturer of innovative floor care products, committed to delivering exceptional performance, quality, and value to our customers. We are currently seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our finance team and contribute to our continued success in the industry.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Costing Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of product cost and overhead expenses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost allocations and maintain up-to-date cost models.
  • Inventory Reporting: Manage inventory reporting process, including monitoring inventory levels, inventory turnover ratios and assessing inventory health and annual reevaluation impacts.
  • Month-End Close: Assist in month-end closing activities, such as variance analysis, journal entry preparation, and expense and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Forecasting: Support the forecasting process by providing insights on items with new product cost as well as creation of the monthly inventory forecast. Work closely with cross functional teams to identify risks and opportunities in inventory valuation as well as product cost.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in product costing, inventory management and reporting procedures. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness within the financial function.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Adhoc Analysis, Financial Modeling, Cross Training

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 0 – 3 years of experience in finance or accounting required
  • Excel skills with the ability manipulate large datasets and perform complex analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving, self-motivated and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Critical thinking: Resourceful in recognizing patterns, trends, and inconsistencies in data.
  • Able to work autonomously.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, cost accounting principles, Oracle ERP experience is a plus.
