Job Description
- Req#: 68191
- Develop, monitor, analyze and improve KPIs for assigned projects
- Participate in project teams to facilitate improvements in the areas of safety, quality, cost, and delivery
- Support and develop Industry 4.0 solutions for monitoring and maintaining manufacturing data
- Provide support with the creation and implementation of work instructions, visual aids, and visual management in the manufacturing environment
- Participate in launch activities for new products
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any business or engineering field in an accredited program
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong desire to learn
- Comfortable in a high expectations and fast-paced environment
- Exposure to lean manufacturing concepts and tools
- Ability to multitask and work within a team
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
