      About the Internship

      The Quality and Innovation Internship for the Operation team will be responsible for improving our premium quality performance by addressing consumer complaints from an end-to-end perspective all the way from breweries to consumers at retailers.

      The internship aims to involve the intern in our data-oriented quality projects. With their previous experience, they are well-suited to assist us with our QA project related to end-to-end consumer complaints.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Learn about Quality and Supply Chain from a customer, supplier, and producer POV
      • Be a party to or lead process improvement
      • Analyze current data and identify the opportunities
      • Conduct internal audits to validate data
      • Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
      • Assist with design and implementation of new SOPs

      Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s Degree
      • Strong analytical acumen
      • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
      • Minimum 21 Years of Age (at time of hire)

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • CPG / Beverage Industry experience preferred
      • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
      • Proficiency in verbal and written communication and documentation skills required.
      • Excellent problem-solving and basic troubleshooting ability required.
      • Ability to handle multiple tasks.

      Compensation & Benefits

      • Hourly Pay: $25.00 / Maximum 40-hours per week
      • $200 Beverage Allowance
      • Duration: 10 weeks
      • This position does not qualify for housing or relocation assistance
