In this programme with Givaudan – the global leader in the flavour and fragrance industry – you will train for a career in Taste & Wellbeing Operations and become part of our dynamic teams.

      Our Operations Leadership Programme offers talent the opportunity to experience learning in a multicultural environment. You will build a broad understanding of the Givaudan natural flavours business and develop managerial skills in preparation to take a position in one of our operations areas. The programme combines structured learning and development with on-the-job training, project management opportunities, and mentoring with senior professionals. This an exciting opportunity if you bring a couple of years of relevant experience, have an interest in pursuing a career in Operations Management, and would like to fast forward your career.

      You will be based in one of our manufacturing Sites in Avignon, Casablanca or Reyssouze, and travelling within the region and doing one rotation abroad is part of the programme. You will report directly into a Cluster Head of Operations.

      Program structure:

      • Two-year training; curriculum made up of different assignments with the objective of building business understanding and competencies;
      • Assignments in Operations responsibilities such as Production, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or Continuous Improvement;
      • One of the rotations is to be an international assignment outside of your Site;
      • These diverse assignments will involve working on real-time business issues; you will have direct contact with different partners and operate in regional and diverse projects with colleagues from different countries;
      • You will also ensure that opportunities for learning and self-development are used so that you are prepared to take a position in an area of operations at the end of the programme.

      Success profile:

      • Master's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or Engineering
      • 2 or more years of relevant working experience in the Food Industry
      • Interest in the Flavours & Ingredients industry
      • Experience in a multicultural environment

      • Willing to travel and relocate during the program based on the assignments
