- Engaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers
- Manage and support process improvement projects
- Implement and monitor KPIs
- Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;
- Managing continuous improvement opportunities for Kaizen and Kaikaku, addressing necessary actions;
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management;

In this Continuous Improvement Specialist - (OMS Champion) role you will:
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
· Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
· At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry;
· Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;
· Good knowledge of the English;
· Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
· Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
· Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement
