What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage Equipment Technicians to ensure effective installation processes and compliance with corporate initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience with increasing responsibility, including management experience
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Intermediate troubleshooting and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; Master’s degree is a plus
- Familiarity with dental industry regulations and practices
- Experience in project management and customer service
- Background in trades such as plumbing, electrical, or construction
