What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple event projects ranging from $100k to $5M in revenue, ensuring project deliverables are met
- Lead teams of operators, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and performance metrics
- Manage daily costs and performance, interpreting data for necessary adjustments to ensure profitability
- Oversee customer contracts, maintaining communication protocols and compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Directly manage subcontract relationships and coordinate maintenance and equipment activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
- Valid US driver’s license
- Ability to complete I-9 verification on the first day of employment
- Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to Alabama, Georgia, or Mississippi
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in project management and operations within an industrial setting
- Familiarity with hydraulics, electrical motors, combustion engines, and various types of pumps
- Strong financial intelligence and cost tracking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
