What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and manage Operations and Maintenance staff at the site
- Coordinate all maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulations
- Interface with environmental and regulatory agencies to ensure efficient processing
- Manage project financials and achieve budgetary goals
- Monitor performance of field and plant personnel for safe operation of equipment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 2-3 years of management experience in the agricultural or environmental industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of OSHA and state/federal safety regulations preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural or Environmental field
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as belt filter presses and loaders
- Familiarity with electrical power components and control systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude related to motors, pumps, and rotating equipment
- Ability to develop and implement best practices for maintenance
