      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee all insurance accounts receivable for the employer's urgent care facilities
      - Coordinate with vendor partners to achieve cash and accounts receivable aging performance metrics
      - Implement workflow and automation enhancements to decrease average days to payment
      - Collaborate with front office and billing teams to prevent denials and improve insurance accuracy
      - Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the employer

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare insurance billing, accounts receivable management, or revenue cycle operations
      - Strong management and organizational skills
      - Comprehensive knowledge of billing and coding, reimbursement, accounts receivable, and collections in an outpatient environment, preferably in primary care
      - Proven ability to monitor accounts receivable aging, days in accounts receivable, and collection performance metrics
      - Proficient in using Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools to track KPIs and present findings to senior leadership
