- Continuous pro-active and agile approach to adapt to change, to process work volumes as measured through established Client Service Commitments
- Exercise due diligence by following operational risk policies, procedures, standards and guidelines
- Takes ownership and accountability of client investigations or escalations at first point of contact and works to resolve at source, refers to manager where applicable in accordance with established client escalation protocol
- Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with partners across Canada
- Adaptable with high business agility and willing to pivot and learn new things
- Superior knowledge of Personal and/or Business products and procedures
- Proven Information Gathering and Investigation experience
- Problem solving, processing knowledge, attention to detail with a developed sense of urgency
- Excellent organizational skills and very analytical with the ability to think outside the box
- Flexibility to work within the Centre hours of business, 8 AM to 5 PM, local time, Monday to Friday
- Good working knowledge of RBC systems (ex: Casper, Linx, Service Platform, CART, Application Launchpad , Iris, On-Demand, Originate etc.)

What is the role?
As a member of the Flex team you will be part of a dynamic team that will be trained to support numerous teams throughout Canadian Banking Client Operations. In this role, you will use your deep knowledge and experience of diverse RBC products, processes and services to effectively analyze non-standard and/or specialized transactions. This position is currently home based, but with possibility of being hybrid enabled.
