  Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing operational performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining KPI dashboards and reports for performance monitoring
  • Conducting root cause analysis on performance issues
  • Driving data and analytics strategy across the organization
  • Implementing advanced analytics solutions including AI, machine learning, and natural language processing
  • Leading data discovery initiatives to uncover key insights and trends
  • Building self-service analytics capabilities for business users
  • Ensuring data integrity and collaborating with IT on data quality issues
  • Presenting analytical findings to senior leadership
  • Monitoring data science models in production environments
  • Guiding the organization on AI/data science strategy and potential

  Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
  • Experience in data analysis with proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting complex datasets
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Knowledge of operational performance metrics and continuous improvement methodologies
