Job Description

- ongoing implementation of TPM and the achievement of key audit and brewery targets as measured by audit reports and SCDS.

- Follow up the effective use of TPM tools and methodologies and the Unified Problem Solving approach to deliver on key TPM audit, pillar and teams targets.
- Standardizes and simplifies TPM system and visuals across the brewery
- Team management: support shop floor in coaching and building the right capabilities and doing internal and external audits to challenge the pillars/ LT to make sure we are reaching the right level
- Training the people on the basics and principles of TPM including the use of TPM Fundamentals.
- Behave in a healthy and safe way. Help to monitor and challenge Sustainability and SHE conditions and behaviors in all departments and help the departments in taking appropriate actions / measures to prevent them from happening and stick in their daily way of working (e.g. DCS/ MoSF/ CILT etc.)
- Report any unsafe workplace condition, accidents, incidents and near misses in a timely, open and thorough manner.
- Complete assigned safety E-learning modules according to safety training plan.
- Supporting Safety & PQ pillar in any activities related to HEINEKEN Safety, Food safety and Sustainability standards
- Support PQ pillar in conducting the HOC +7S audits within the shopfloor
- Support HeiQ Compliance programme ensuring 100% relevant questioners answered and continuous reduction in number of non-compliances.
- Shop floor visits to (stay) connect to shop floor operations. Also using these moments to have dialogs with operators and team leaders to see if they are “equipped” enough to reach operational excellence.
- Ensure Opco reports on time in full in accordance with the BCS data definitions.
- Effectively collaborate with various Supply Chain fuctions to create reliable NPI project plans and manage uncertainty to launch the new product on time.
- Work closely with project owner (Marketing) & relavant stakeholders from Supply Chain to ensure smooth transition of NPI gate process.
- Work closely with shopfloor to ensure that the basic conditions of machine is fulfill, by applying 7S methodology and visual management
- Actively participate in the breakdown analysis meeting
- 7S methodology & visual management
- New digital apps (initiated by TPM office), eg: O2I & SwipeGuide
- Business Comparison System (BCS) – basic knowledges
- Support TPM manager & pillars in driving the Operational Excellence and Zero Loss culture.
- Help the Opco process owner reach out to the Global BCS community leaders or definition owners on any enquiries.
- Active participation of the brewery in monthly COE BCS data management meeting.
- Ensure relavant NPI related issues and decisions are covered in S&OP meeting.
- Pro-actively communicates and translates the impact of NPI decisions and planning changes to other Supply Chain departments, and into S&OP
- Coordinates and ensures on-time BCS reporting, meeting regional submission deadlines. When necessary, conducts data analysis to identify improvement opportunities across the depart, and follow up on execution.
- Compiles and prepares monthly and other periodical SC reports. Assist SCD in updating the monthly result into E2E roadmap.
- Register and report meeting minutes in a neutral and concise way and define clear action points resulting from the NPI/CVE meetings
- Report clearly the NPI performance in all stages of the innovation Process during S&OP meeting
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- 3 – 5 years in Supply Chain operations / management
- Strong preference for experience in:
- TPM / Lean / 6 Sigma, etc.
- Packaging / Brewing / Quality of Brewing / Biotechnology / FMCG production management, or other production environment
- English language, Level B1 / Business Preliminary (acc. CEFR).
- Good in Microsoft office knowledge preferably intermediate level
