      Key Responsibilities
      • Review and process high-volume documentation related to public safety and compliance
      • Ensure accuracy and completeness in data entry across internal systems
      • Identify errors or inconsistencies and apply quality control procedures
      • Collaborate with team leads to prioritize tasks and meet daily processing targets
      • Maintain confidentiality and follow established protocols for secure handling of sensitive data

      Minimum Qualifications
      • 1 year of experience in clerical, document review, or data processing roles
      • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy in previous work
      • Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
      • Ability to manage time effectively and maintain consistent productivity

      Data entry software • Document verification tools • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft Outlook • Microsoft Word • Internal ticketing systems • Batch processing platforms

      Preferred Skills
      • Background in safety, legal, or transportation processing environments
