What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Document and coordinate integration tasks for onboarding new operator partners
- Enter game information into internal and partner systems to facilitate the game enablement process
- Provide excellent customer service and timely responses to partner inquiries and technical issues
- Assist with testing and verifying reported bugs, collaborating with QA when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners in meetings and planning sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role with a focus on attention to detail and communication
- Experience managing project tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Results-oriented mindset and willingness to take on any task as needed
- Familiarity with online gaming, SAAS, or a similar industry
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, CRM platforms, Slack, or Monday.com
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in QA or other technical testing, particularly with iOS and mobile testing
- Familiarity with the casino gaming industry
