What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage projects through the full project lifecycle from scope development through in-service
- Develop project scope based on internal customer needs
- Prepare complete project estimates, including labor, equipment, and materials, and follow through the budget approval process
- Coordinate all project permitting, material specification and procurement, and design
- Select and manage inspectors and construction contractors, including bidding work as required

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Seven or more years of operational project experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction science preferred
- Must have proven leadership skills and ability to prioritize heavy workloads
- Project Management experience preferred
