- Manages the control, compliance and performance key elements for Third Party Collections Vendors
- Travel is required to conduct vendor onsite assessments at various locations across the country to ensure adherence with Bank processes and procedures
- Directs the analysis of assembled data to define problems associated Vendor performance
- Works closely with Business Control, Compliance, Operational Risk and other support partners to mitigate risk within the Vendor space.
- Manages and leads the execution of multiple and often competing priorities to meet deadlines and adhere with policies and procedures
- Bilingual Spanish
- 2+ years of leadership experience
- Strong ability to communicate (written and verbal) across all levels
- Knowledge of BOA collection procedures
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects through to completion, meeting all deliverables and timelines
- Experience managing decision engines that drive business rules and logic
- Ability to identify potential issues or gaps, research possible solutions, and drive the results to close the issue or gap

Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing medium to large projects for an operations department or Line of Business. Key responsibilities include determining appropriate test methods, coordinating execution across stakeholders and test groups, managing project scope, planning, and organizing, directing the execution of test plans and scripts, and working closely with management on project impact and direction. Job expectations include acting as the first point of contact for end-to-end project status, project health, mitigation, and timely escalation to leadership and stakeholders.Manages the control, compliance and performance key elements for Third Party Collections and/or Noncontact Vendors in Recovery. Travel is required to conduct vendor onsite assessments at various locations across the country to ensure adherence with Bank processes and procedures. Directs the analysis of assembled data to define problems associated Vendor performance. Works closely with Business Control, Compliance, Operational Risk and other support partners to mitigate risk within the Vendor space. Requires an in depth knowledge of the bank and overall operations environment.
