      Operations Research Analyst

      Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is an international, ISO 9001/20000/27001 Certified, CMMI Level 3 Rated full-service provider with more than 37 years’ experience in the Federal, Military, and Commercial Marketplaces. SRI is seeking committed and passionate professionals to provide critical Program Management services to the Army’s Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA, overseeing the delivery of resilience and performance enhancement training to military service members, DA Civilians and their Families.

      Overview: Ready and Resilient Training Centers (R2PC’s) provide instruction in the areas of: resilience, positive psychology, and performance enhancement to U.S. Army and Department of Defense (DoD) personnel, their families and Department of the Army (DA) civilians at 35 Army Resiliency Training Centers within the United States and Overseas. The Operations Research Analyst, working at the DPRR HQ supports program data analytics.

      Tasks & Responsibilities :

      • Creates and analyzes pre and post event surveys.
      • Creates and delivers briefs of survey data, summarizing data and thematically analyzing open-ended comment data.
      • Collects and statistically analyzes program data providing analytical insights that can assist stakeholders in making data driven decisions.
      • Provides professional customer service by determining client needs and solving problems.
      • Performs other responsibilities as required and supports contract work performance requirements.

      Required Skills, Education, Experience & Abilities:

      • At a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in operations research; or a degree with at least 24 semester hours in a combination of operations research, mathematics, probability, statistics, mathematical logic, science, or subject-matter courses requiring substantial competence in college-level mathematics or statistics.
      • Proficiency in statistics and statistical analysis packages software such as SPSS, R, SAS, and DOD Approved survey administration software (such as Qualtrics).
      • Experience working with the military as a military member, civilian, or contractor is desired but not required.
      • Applicants must successfully undergo a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Tier 1 background investigation.
      • Organized and experienced multi-tasker.
      • Military Veterans and Spouses encouraged.
      • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
      • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
