- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience developing curriculum and/or adult training materials.

- Experience managing multiple complex projects.
- The elements of the selection process may include a skill assessment and/or oral interview.

Duties and Responsibilities
This position is an Operations Review Specialist (ORS) and serves as a lead curriculum designer on the Curriculum Development team within the Learning and Development Office. This position serves primarily as a designer for online, instructor-led, and blended learning projects. In doing so, the incumbent will be expected to use e-learning software such as Articulate, Captivate, and PowerPoint, to include interactive elements such as voice over, video, quizzes, and scenarios, while using instructional design principles to enhance the content of courses. In addition to instructional design duties, the ORS is responsible for maintaining current knowledge in the field of instructional design, staying up to date on best practices for using various software packages, identifying and implementing improvements to our standard practices, and serving as a Team Lead for the other Curriculum Development team members. Other responsibilities include maintaining team documentation and communicating changes to the team to ensure compliance throughout each phase of the project and deliverable lifecycle. This position requires excellent communication skills for consulting with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders throughout the curriculum development process. Participation on training teams is also required, as many projects involve multiple designers to be successful. Finally, the position contributes to improving customer service, product quality, and efficiency of the Curriculum Development team by assisting the team manager with daily project management tasks and support.
