High scholastic performance (minimum 3.0 GPA)
Biochemical, Biomedical, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, Operations, Computer Science, Data and Analytics or related disciplines
Operations related internships or work experience
Demonstrated Leadership skills
Passion and motivation to contribute to Roche’s Operations organization

The Position
The Operations Rotational Development Program (ORDP) is a rotational leadership development program. ORDP hires top talent who have graduated within the last 2 years from college with a bachelors or masters, and prepares them for successful contributions to Roche/Genentech’s Pharma Technical Operations (PT). The Mississauga Analyst program gives emerging talent the opportunity to gain a broad perspective on the core PT functions that are critical to the manufacturing of Genentech/Roche products. ORDP Analysts can rotate in any of the business areas of PT including: Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Internal Manufacturing, Cell & Gene Therapy, Technical Development, Operational Excellence & Digital, Technical Regulatory, Global MSAT & Engineering, and Strategy.
Rotational projects support specific business needs throughout PT. The rotations are tailored to provide challenging and meaningful assignments, training in technical and leadership skills, and coaching with rotation managers and mentors. Training and development for ORDP Analysts includes:
How ORDP Works:
The program provides analysts with opportunities to develop project management & technical expertise, support world-class manufacturing, and be involved in processes that significantly drive business productivity and profitability. Analysts will be responsible for projects on both an individual and team basis and will perform activities and functions as a member of their assigned department. Each analyst will partner with a rotation manager, who will guide them through the day-to-day activities of the department. Rotations last six months and are based on a combination of PT strategic objectives, specific departmental needs, and interests of the ORDP analysts. Rotations are based at the Mississauga Canada site with an opportunity to support work at our Hillsboro, Oregon, South San Francisco & Oceanside California facilities. Throughout the rotational assignments, ORDP analysts are considered full-time employees of their assigned department and are eligible for Roche’s standard vacation and benefits package. During the fourth rotational assignment, analysts will have the opportunity to apply for open positions at Genentech to further their career goals.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga, Canada is CAD $70,150 - $130,325. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
