      Operations Specialist
      (potential to be remote)

We design and execute sales and training solutions for small and large companies in the B2B and retail space. MarketSource is headquartered in Alpharetta, GA.

      Summary

      The Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting program leadership and our client. This role handles day-to-day assignments and related issues resolutions dealing with their assigned program. This position includes a combination of administrative and operations project coordination.

      Essential Job Functions:

      · Perform day-to-day administrative tasks associated with supporting the operations management team and the client

      · Establish and maintain good working relationships with operations management team as well as MarketSource field teams

      · Utilize client reporting tools to enable the production of standardized and ad hoc reporting as needed

      · Drive project coordination and related issues resolutions

      · Main point of contact for operational needs

      · Coordinate equipment and additional resources to the field team

      · Maintain the issue resolution tool

      · Perform daily auditing of reports submitted by field team and follow-up on outstanding issue resolution

      · Ensure data integrity and location maintenance of The MarketSource Field Reporting Tool

      · Maintain a core competency of relationship building and cross teaming skills


      Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

      · Proven track record of successful project coordination

      · Understanding of business systems/processes and client expectations

      · Proactive and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial “can do” attitude

      · Working knowledge of the Internet and web-based data collection and reporting

      · Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, meet deadlines and goals

      · Ability to communicate effectively and provide follow-up

      · Capability of working in a team-oriented environment that is fair, open, and honest

      · Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills

      · Ability to tackle complex issues and develop innovative and practical solutions

      · Action and detail oriented; able to prioritize while handling multiple tasks

      · Quick and strong decision-making skills

      · Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      Job Requirements:

      · Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
      · 2+ years’ experience in similar role
      - Up to 75% travel (2-3 weeks per month)
