      Operations Specialist

      Corpay is currently looking to hire an Operations Specialist within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business. In this role, you will Independent contributor role that manages a case queue to ensure SLA, preparing our client's files for vendor campaigns. The Operations Specialist has a key role in client onboarding using multiple online platforms and tools. Experienced in CRM environments and querying record data in various methods. Ability to work quickly to provide accurate record status when needed. Must have the ability to manage competing schedules to meet time-bound deliverables. Understanding of appropriate record merging. Ability to work fast and manage queue expectations. Ability to offer process improvements and pivot on special projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and seek to grow experience and skills for a career as an Operations Specialist. You will report directly to Matthew Johnson and regularly collaborate with Vendor Enrollment Operations.

      Role Responsibilities

      The responsibilities of the role will include:

      • Monitoring individual performance to remain within Queue Management.
      • Maximizing the use of current tools and programs as well as using technological creativity to eliminate the backlog.
      • Demonstrating effective oral and written communications with customers, department personnel and management.
      • Working with Leadership to assist in projections.
      • Ability to effectively change ownership and provide detailed reasons.
      • Collaborating with adjacent departments to understand client challenges and provide solutions.
      • Growing knowledge of the business needs and participating in ongoing education to develop a career path.

      Qualifications & Skills

      • Expert Excel experience is required.
      • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of experience in a professional setting.
      • Analytical and general math skills are required
      • Must be organized, able to communicate effectively and comfortably
      • Credit card industry experience is a plus; CRM experience is a plus
      • Have the ability to work independently
      • Need to be focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated
      • Advanced computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Word and Excel.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
      • Demonstrates flexibility in approach to work, people, and processes.
      • Understands the importance of accurate data to business operations.
      • Familiarity with Salesforce and or other CRM packages preferred.
      • Ability to adapt to change and offer process improvements.
      • Tenacity to think “outside the box” when presenting solutions to business challenges.
