What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own processes related to Concur expense allocations and travel receipt reconciliation
- Audit datasets and submit corrections through proper channels and software
- Manage incoming requests and escalation paths, ensuring timely, accurate responses
- Identify and document process improvement opportunities and coordinate with analytics teams
- Provide task coverage and escalation support for Operations Administrators
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
- At least 4 years of administration or customer service/support experience
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel); experience with Workday, Smartsheet, ServiceNOW, UKG Kronos is a plus
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and resolve a variety of issues
