      Job Summary

      The Operations Specialist I performs a variety of operational support activities, ensuring that all casework is completed accurately, on time and in compliance with established policies and guidelines. This includes daily administrative and customer support to internal and external customers.

      Requirements

      EDUCATION

      High School diploma or equivalent.

      EXPERIENCE

      Minimum two (2) years' clerical, customer service or related operations experience.

      Responsibilities

      Coordinates and organizes work activities. Monitors processes, prepares and maintains reports, and gathers data for management detailing departmental actions. Thorough documentation of actions, records and/or correspondence is required., Performs other duties as assigned, Provides varies administrative support duties and may assists with special projects., Resolves issues and communicate more difficult problems to the next level support or leadership., Works collaboratively with various internal departments, external resources, vendors, and/or customers to resolve issues, while keeping leadership inform of progress and resolutions.

      This position is identified as level three (3).
