      No mortgage experience? No problem! All of our closers go through an extensive training program focused on delivering a thorough understanding of all aspects needed to set them up for success. During this training, our closers become familiarized with information pertinent to the mortgage industry, learn how to operate our systems, and review important documents like closing disclosures, title documents, and insurance policies.

      So, what is a closer? A closer reviews each loan to ensure that all the final pieces of the puzzle fit together seamlessly. Our closers are a key factor in ensuring that brokers are able to help make their borrowers’ dreams of homeownership come true. If you thrive in a fast paced environment, have great attention to detail, and have a passion for delivering outstanding client service, we want to hear from you!

      WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

      • Focuses heavily on providing exceptional client service, which is typically best done via phone. Closers can expect to take anywhere from 50-80 incoming calls a day.
      • Communicate with brokers to finalize loan costs. Talking with Title Companies to solve any discrepancies as well as talking with Account Executives and Underwriters as needed
      • Verify that supporting documentation for the loan is complete and accurate
      • Ensure fees associated with the loan are compliant

      WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

      Must Have Qualifications:

      • Hiring for the 11am to 8pm shift. Must be able to work 11am to 8pm.
      • Underlying passion for delivering great client service
      • Willingness to provide solutions to escalated issues, mainly by phone
      • Ability to answer a high volume of incoming calls
      • Great, positive, winning attitude
      • The love of a fast paced, high energy work environment
      • Ability to be flexible and work efficiently under pressure
      • Excellent communication skills-written, phone and presentation
      • Strong computer knowledge and skills
      • Internet experience
      • Attention to detail
      • Ability to Multi-task
      • Minimum of 6 months tenure in your current role.
