- Support legal, regulatory, and compliance adherence by providing information on policies, guidelines, procedures, and performing project-related work according to laws and regulations.
- Contribute to policy development by recommending updates based on analysis and interpreting guidelines to create internal policies.
- Monitor and improve existing processes, perform routine and complex processes, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Manage project execution by owning stakeholder relationships, tracking progress, and ensuring expectations are met.
- Support strategic planning by analyzing data, documenting project requirements, and collaborating across teams.
- Assist in training development and delivery, ensuring compliance and up-to-date certifications.
- Build effective relationships, seek feedback, mentor team members, and pursue self-development.
- Adapt to change, support others, and complete work autonomously using up-to-date expertise.
- Collaborate cross-functionally, communicate progress, and address improvement opportunities.
- At least 2 years of experience in physician, professional, or executive HR operations, or related fields like credentialing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or 3+ years of experience in data analytics, healthcare operations, or project management.

Job Summary
In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this individual contributor position is responsible for providing HR operations support to KP physician and/or executive employees. This includes support in payroll, compensation, benefits enrollment and administration, on/off-boarding, and new hire orientation. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service to MDs and/or executives, resolving questions related to payroll issues, deductions, salary, benefits, and leave status.
This position is responsible for conducting audits of personnel/compensation data, developing reports, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership. It also involves reviewing, processing, and calculating salary actions, maintaining system data accuracy, and resolving discrepancies.
