What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Update and maintain account documentation, ensuring accuracy and organization of files and information systems
- Assist Underwriters and other internal departments with general clerical duties
- Perform policy administration tasks for residential and commercial lines, including quoting, binding, endorsing, and more
- Conduct data entry and clearance for new business and renewal accounts
- Assist with mailroom tasks related to incoming mail, both physical and digital

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years of industry or operational experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams (Access and SQL a plus)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
