Run EDI review orders based on planned departure and ensure it get process on time.
Review emails from various departments and respond accordingly and accurately.
Sometime assist p ick and pack orders for retail, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) fulfillment.
Handle premium outdoor gear with care to prevent damage during packing and shipping.
Keep inventory organized and replenished while maintaining bin accuracy by completing replenishment on time.
Identify bottlenecks and bring improvement suggestions directly to leadership.
Lead by example: show up on time, communicate clearly, and deliver consistent results.
Sharp eyes for detail and a sense of urgency in every task
Able to work independently and take the initiative without constant oversight
Proficiency using computer and warehouse WMS software
Proficient on using Microsoft window and excel.
Solid written and verbal communication skills .
Able to lift, move, and sort gear throughout your shift.
W illing to speak up and help improve processes on the floor.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent social skills and good literacy skills.
1 + yrs of experience in a related role
Fundamental math calculation and analytical skills
Fundamental experience with Microsoft Office suites: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (or similar e-mail system .)
Ability to bend, lift, and reach items most of the time . Ability to stock and organize products safely and accordingly, as some items are fragile
Handle/transport heavy items with the use of manual or mechanical handling machinery including handheld scan equipment
Assist with process/ logistics improvement efforts . Follow the safety rules and regulations as warranted by OSHA
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
College level coursework or degree
Previous warehouse experience (especially in fast-turn environments)
Experience training or leading others in a warehouse setting

Position: Operations Specialist
Department: Operations – Ospreys Department
Work Location: Olive Branch, MS , 100% Onsite
Shift is 11 a- 9:30p Tuesday-Friday
What you will be doing:
The Ospreys department is responsible for high-volume order processing, complex product handling, and fast turnarounds. This team works with accuracy and urgency to ensure every customer receives the right equipment on time. We’re looking for talent that thrives under pressure, pays attention to the smallest details, and is ready to take responsibility from day one.
