      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prepare daily reconciliations primarily using Excel or an automation tool
      - Support month-end reconciliation certification by uploading final reconciliations to the certification application
      - Provide explanations and action plans on outstanding items in accordance with established policy
      - Research variances using multiple bank applications and accurately match items
      - Communicate effectively with business partners regarding reconciliation processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge in at least one of the following: Banking Operations, Accounting, or Reconciliation
      - Intermediate Excel experience, including formulas, functions, pivot tables, and lookups
      - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
      - Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
      - Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in operations or reconciliation roles

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in more than one area of Banking Operations, Accounting, or Reconciliation
      - Familiarity with automation tools used for reconciliation processes
      - Previous experience in a financial services environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
      - Knowledge of sustainability practices within financial services
